Error Codes

All operations performed with the WebServices of the electronic document, return an error code stating the success or failure of the operation. In case of failure in operation, the type of error that has occurred is returned.

The following table lists possible errors:

0 SUCCESS
1 Generic error. Seek support from the QualiSign team to identify the problem. Send along with the request to the XML being sent.
2 Error executing procedure.
3 The authenticated user does not have access to execute the transaction.
4 Error in generating the return XML.
5 User is not logged in successfully, or session is expired.
7 Password is invalid or not informed.
8 The requested query did not return any valid information.
9 Invalid parameters reported.
10 Invalid or not informed company name.
11 CNPJ or CPF invalid or not informed.
12 Invalid CPF.
13 User does not exist or ID not informed.
14 E-mail is not valid or not informed.
17 Company not registered.
18 The company has no registered agent.
19 Representative already registered.
20 Non-registered representative and / or Representative is not associated with this company.
21 Cannot delete yourself from system.
22 Invalid reason.
25 Maintenance Log recording error.
26 Document is not under maintenance.
27 Recipient not found.
33 Invalid or uninformed date.
34 Document reference not reporting.
35 Invalid initial date of validity.
36 Invalid final date of validity.
37 Invalid date indicator.
38 Document is under maintenance.
40 Package signed invalid.
41 CNPJ/CPF of the company origin and/or CNPJ/CPF of the destination company should be informed for this consultation.
42 Company code already exists.
45 Document not registered.
46 Document inactive.
47 User not associated with the document.
48 Document without associated text.
49 Pending Document Signing.
50 Deletion not done because there are representatives associated with.
51 Signature already collected.
52 Inactive User.
53 The informed CNPJ/CPF is already registered.
65 Document already exists.
66 Error generating email line.
67 Invalid date and time.
70 Identification already exists.
73 Role associated with the document has no representative.
74 Invalid signature order.
75 Representative already associated with the document.
76 Inactive company.
77 Company already registered.
78 Invalid session.
79 Invalid Hash code.
84 LOGON id invalid.
85 Invalid Document Type.
86 Invalid Document Type Value.
87 Invalid user.
88 Representative not associated with the document.
94 Unconfigured portal certificate.
107 Portal Signature Error.
109 Process code associated with some document.
110 Role associated with the document has no company.
117 Notes' character limit exceeded. Maximum allowed is 1000 characters.
118 Interval between the Start and End dates is invalid.
119 Initial date can not be less than the current date.
122 A company in 2 roles with the same order of signature is not allowed.
123 User not registered. You should check if the ID is correct or if the user is registered.
124 User is not associated with the requested company/individual taxpayer.
125 Company not registered or not associated.
126 Partner code not registered.
127 Selected partner is inactive.
128 The profile to be associated with the representative does not exist.
129 The profile informed can not be associated with the representative
130 Unauthorized login.
132 No documents were found for the selected criteria.
133 There are no registered Companies.
134 Company not found.
135 There are no registered Representatives.
136 Representative not found.
137 There are no registered Statements of Intent.
139 There are no registered Roles (Parties).
140 Role (Party) not found.
143 There are no registered Document Types.
144 Document Type not found.
148 Document does not have any signature yet.
149 No entries found.
150 No processes were found for the selected criteria.
151 There are no entries for this company in the indicated period.
152 There are no occurrences found for the selected criteria.
153 There is already an account registered with this CPF.
154 Revoked document. Can not query signatures.
155 Identification already exists, choose another ID.
156 Description already exists, choose another description.
157 Title already exists, choose another title.
158 Access not allowed for client registration.
159 Certificate does not belong to the logged in user.
162 Insufficient credit balance for execution.
163 Invalid currency type.
164 Invalid limit.
165 Document must have role.
166 This role is already assigned to the other party.
167 It is not possible to modify the representatives of this role, since the collection of signatures has already been completed.
169 Document has role without associated relationship.
170 Document has role without associated representatives.
174 The company configured to accept can not be included in additional roles in the document.
191 There is at least one document whose status can not be changed.
192 The number of queries per hour was exceeded.
193 Invalid product code.
194 XML does not have document text.
195 This document reference already exists for this company.
199 Client code does not match with informed CNPJ.
200 There is at least one document that has not been deleted.
201 Report Passcode or Reference only.
202 Invalid XML.
203 Document has no defined workflow.
204 Document not found or P7S file does not exist.
206 Inform only Hash Code or Base64 File.
207 Failed to generate Time Stamp.
208 Failed to query Time Stamp.
5011 There are no incoming/outgoing emails in this relationship.
209 There are no registered platforms.
210 Representative already associated to the platform by this company.
211 Platform does not exist or user is not associated with the requested platform.
213 Contract appointed as dependent of the contract to be included already has another contract as pendency.
214 It is not allowed to register contracts with dependence that already depend on another contract.
215 The electronic contract to be associated as pending for this document does not exist or can not be linked due to its type of dependency.
216 It is not allowed to associate dependencies for this document.
219 Due date for the representative in invalid format.
220 Representative's name not filled out.
221 Representative's gender not filled out.
222 Representative's IdLogon not filled out.
223 Representative's e-mail not filled out.
224 Mandate not specified as INDETERMINED, and expiration date not reported.
225 Mandate specified as INDETERMINED, and expiration date reported.
226 Restricted Access Document. See document owner.
227 Invalid or uninformed reference.
232 Indicative of power (alone or jointly) invalid. Inform S-Yes or N-No.
239 There are emails not deleted.
240 Inform only Subject or email's EVID.
